Gould's Microcar Weekend July 7-8-9, 2006
Gould's 11th Annual
Microcar
and Minicar Classic Event
Newton, Mass
Hosted by Nancy & Charles Gould
and daughters Monique & Tiana
Almost impossible to describe.
The event is an excellent show and friendly
get-together. The Gould's open their home and hearts to host a vast array
of
unusual vehicles as well as owners in a full weekend of enjoyable camaraderie.
Unusual. Micro & Mini Cars, and a few surprises such as a Mercedes loader.
Nash Metropolitans, apparently unique and ugly enough to
qualify for this event
even if not exactly a minicar.
Saturday's cruise was to the Larz Anderson Museum of
Transportation
where event participants become the museum's show for the day.
When the fire department arrives to check road clearances
and hydrants,
even they are invited into the BBQ. Friends. Participants become
friends.
This is a special event, hosted by very special people.
Thank you Nancy, Charles, Monique and
Tiana Gould.
